1) In order to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable journey, avoid chemical car fresheners, and try dropping some of Panshiva’s Pure Essential Oils onto a cotton pad and put this onto the car’s air ventilation. Try the following recipe:
Eucalyptus Oil 3 drops + Bergamot Oil 2 drops + Sweet Orange Oil 2 drops
2) Carry some of your favorite oil with you during your travels. Try the following recipe, and apply some onto your scarf or tissue and inhale it when you feel plane/ car sick, or when suffering from nausea.
Peppermint Oil 3 drops + Geranium Oil 1 drop + Ginger Oil 1 drop Or 2-3 drops of Bergamot Oil or Geranium
3) When you have difficulties falling asleep or feeling homely when staying at a hotel or somewhere else, try dropping the following recipe directly onto your pillow, or onto a tissue on your bedside table.

2) For a purely mental and physically relaxing experience try this recipe. Drop directly into your hot bath and give it a good stir.
Rosewood Oil 6 drops + Lavender Oil 4 drops + Bergamot Oil 4 drop
1) Give your bedroom a special touch by dropping your favorite oils into a spray bottle with 100 cc of warm water, shake, and spray onto your sheets. We recommend the following recipe:

2) In case you have a sleeping problem (difficulty to fall asleep, waking up during the night etc.) try one of the following oils individually. Drop it onto a tissue paper and put it on the bedside table or directly onto your pillow. You will have a new sleeping experience:

1) If you often have problems with headaches or migraines, we recommend you to inhale the following, apply onto a tissue paper or a cotton ball and inhale it when suffering from these symptoms:

2) To promote your and your children’s appetite use:

4) Use this as an insect repellant:
